Natural Beautiful Body Course Review
The course includes:
1. Power adjustment.
Acquaintance, conversation, selection of an individual balanced nutrition program (GIVE), What’s up
2. Building a New body through exercises on all parts of the body, from basic to complex-functional, dynamically changing as necessary, taking into account individual problems of the musculoskeletal system.
The weekly complex consists of a small number of exercises, each exersise must be completed in a minute, and most importantly! – everyday.
Once a week, exercises are changed to new ones. Each exercise is accompanied by a description (audio or/and text).
The exercises are carried out at a slow pace for their quality awareness. Rithms and quality change and improve every day, provided that the classes are daily.
The complexity of exercises is gradually increasing, as a result of improving the physical shape and capabilities of the New Natural Beautiful Body.
